美商凌力爾特的電源模組IC是Linear Tech 電源管理IC的一條新產品線。 電源模組IC就是把 DC/DC Controller , MOSFET 及電感全部放到一顆IC裡去。 它跟其他的電源管理IC相比特色是體積小、 高度低、 效率也高 電流可以很大 (24A)。
美商Linear Tech之 Power Module產品線是以"電源模組"的概念，在電源管理IC包進了MOS及電感。 整個電源穩壓電路只要外加兩顆電容及一可顆電阻就完成了。 電流從200mA~20A都有效率可達90幾%， 不發熱 。適合體積小、空間小、研發時間短的電子產品使用。
